AOT is holding a Market Sounding on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project for Air Cargo Services of the Third Operator
at Suvarnabhumi Airport, in accordance with the Notification of PPP Policy Commission regarding Criteria and Procedure for Market Sounding, B.E. 2563 (2020) through the following two channels:

at AOB1 meeting room, 5th Floor, Airport Operations Building (AOB), Suvarnabhumi Airport

  1. Online Questionnaire

December 20, 2024 to January 10, 2025

Objectives:

  • To provide investors with essential project information
  • To obtain ideas/comments from investors and stakeholders for the preparation and finalization of Draft Invitation to Bid, Draft Request for Proposals (RFP) and Draft PPP Contract

Target Groups:

  • Air Cargo Service Operators / Stakeholders
  • Airlines / Investors
  • Public Sector

Expected Outcomes:

  • Useful information received from private parties for the preparation and finalization of Draft Invitation to Bid,

Draft Request for Proposals (RFP) and Draft PPP Contract

  • Assessing private parties’ levels of interest in Public-Private Partnership of the Project
  • Enhance awareness of interested private parties for the preparation of proposal submissions.
