Whistleblowing or Corruption Complaints
Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) will keep information about corruption complaints or whistleblowing confidential. Taking into consideration the safety and damage of complainants or whistleblowers, sources of information and people concerned, AOT will not disclose the aforesaid information to other people and provides them with protection without consenting to intimidation, threat, and allowance of AOT’s executives to dismiss, suspend from office, discipline or threaten to do anything to any AOT employee who complains or blows the whistle on, including anyone who gives cooperation or assistance in conducting investigations in good faith.
In case there is a corruption complaint which is proved to be false following the complainant’s advertent distortion of information or the malicious slander of the other, the complainant is guilty of disciplinary offense or related laws.
Remarks: AOT will not accept the following complaints
- Complaint that shows no witness, evidence or behavior of corruption that is obvious enough to investigate the fact.
- Complaint that has been judged absolutely and fairly and has had no new evidence which is additionally substantial.
